PUBLIC OFFER AGREEMENT
This document is a public offer (contract) between Anna Riva Photography (hereinafter referred to as «Photographer») and any individual or legal entity (hereinafter «Client») who orders photography services through the website annarivastudio.com.

1. Subject of the Offer

The Photographer provides professional portrait photography services, and the Client agrees to accept and pay for such services under the terms of this Offer.

2. Booking and Payment

• A booking is considered confirmed after payment of a deposit of [X%].
• The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the session unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Prices are listed on the website or communicated directly to the Client.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• If the Client cancels the session less than [X days] before the scheduled date, the deposit is non-refundable.
• Sessions can be rescheduled once without penalty if the Photographer is notified at least [X days] in advance.

4. Delivery of Materials

• Edited photographs are delivered in digital format within [X weeks] after the session.
• Raw (unedited) files are not included unless agreed separately.

5. Usage Rights

• The Photographer retains full copyright of all images.
• The Client receives a personal use license (printing, sharing with family/friends, personal social media).
• Commercial use (advertising, resale) requires a separate agreement.
• Portfolio use (display on website, social media, exhibitions) is only with the Client’s written consent.

6. Liability

• The Photographer is not liable for delays caused by force majeure (illness, accidents, weather, technical issues).
• If the Photographer cannot provide the service, the deposit will be refunded in full.

7. Final Provisions

• By booking and paying for a session, the Client confirms acceptance of this Public Offer.
